I build internal tools for contractors, subs, and industrial teams. The point is simple: less manual review, faster decisions, and fewer expensive misses.

My background is construction operations, estimating, and business development. So I care less about impressive demos and more about whether the tool survives inside the way people already bid, report, approve, and hand work off.

• Estimating systems that compare new bids against old project data to catch bad assumptions, missing scope, and crew plans that only look good on paper.
• Automated reporting that turns daily reports, financials, and market notes into executive briefs without another person rebuilding a deck by hand.
• Contract analysis tools that review MSAs for clauses that change the risk: pay-when-paid, liquidated damages, broad indemnity, and terms that deserve a second look.
• Predictive models that use past projects to spot change-order risk and cost drift before they become end-of-month surprises.
• Network mapping that shows who you know, what you chased, who won, and which relationships are real enough to matter.
