I build AI systems for construction and industrial companies. My background is in construction operations, estimating, and business development, so I build tools that fit real workflows instead of fighting them.

Right now I work with contractors, subs, SMBs, and industrial operators to automate the tedious stuff, sharpen their estimating, and turn years of project data into something actionable.

What I'm Working On

• BidGoNoGo — An agent that monitors public tender sites, reads 100+ page RFPs, and scores them against a company's sweet spot so BD teams stop wasting time on bad-fit opportunities
• Estimating systems that pull from historical project data to catch pricing errors, flag missing scope, and recommend crew compositions based on what actually worked
• Automated reporting that compiles daily field reports, project financials, and competitor activity into concise briefings for executives — without anyone manually building a deck
• Contract analysis tools that scan MSAs for dangerous clauses (pay-when-paid, liquidated damages, unusual indemnification) so subs know what they're signing
• Predictive models that forecast change order likelihood and project cost trajectories based on patterns in historical data
• Network mapping for business development teams to visualize industry relationships, track pursuit history, and identify warm introductions (and who is only using you as a price check)
