Three Projects You Are Probably Not Tracking
Approved, funded, or in design in your trade and region — with no tender issued yet. Built from public records, every item linked to the document it came from.
I put a small number of these together each month at no cost. It is a sample, not a survey — enough to show you whether the work is any good.
Ask for three projectsWhy This Is Free, and Why It Is Only Three
The straight answer, because you were going to wonder about both.
I build market intelligence systems for industrial contractors. Showing you three real projects tells you more than a case study or a reference call would. If the work is good you will know it immediately, and if it is not, nobody has wasted a meeting.
Three rather than thirty because the complete picture is the paid work. A sample proves the method is real. It does not answer what your whole market looks like, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
What You Get
Two pages. Nothing padded.
Three pre-tender projects
Work that is approved, funded, or in design in your trade and region, with no public tender issued yet. Each one with its stage, expected tender window, and the document that establishes it.
One traced end to end
The documented approval timeline on a single project — what happened, when, per which record — plus the owner organization and who controls the decision.
Sources for every item
A link for each project so you can open the record and confirm it yourself. That is the point of the exercise.
What It Is Not
So there is no confusion about where the line sits.
The full 12-month map of your addressable market
Gap analysis against your CRM — what you are tracking versus what exists
Decision-makers and procurement routes across the top 25 opportunities
Ranked pursuit shortlist scored against your bid criteria
That is the Market Scan, and it is paid work. If the three projects are useful, the obvious next question is how many more there are. That question is what the scan answers.
How It Is Built
You are going to check these against your own knowledge of the market. That is the point — so the rules are strict.
Every item links to a primary source you can open and check yourself
Values are as publicly stated — anything estimated is labelled as an estimate, with the basis given
Expected tender windows are inferred from documented approvals and design milestones, and are flagged as inferences, not confirmed dates
Contact information covers business roles from public sources only — no personal data, no scraped profiles
If an item cannot be sourced, it does not appear. Three projects that are entirely correct beat six with one error

What Happens After You Ask
No call required, and no pitch at any point.
- 1
You send your trade and region. I reply within a couple of days telling you whether your market has enough public activity to be worth doing — sometimes the answer is no, and I will say so.
- 2
If it is worth doing, I build it and send it. Usually within a week.
- 3
You check the three projects against what you already knew. That is the entire test.
- 4
If it is useful and you want the complete picture, we talk about a scan. If not, you keep the three and we leave it there.
Ask for Three Projects
Your trade and region is enough to start. I will tell you honestly whether there is anything worth finding.
