First contact at tender posting, after the key relationships have formed.

→

Pursuit hours spent on work with poor fit, no relationship, or a low historical win rate.

→

No complete view of the qualified work coming in the next 12 months.

The scan compares the work in your market with the projects your BD team already tracks.

Revenue

Research for funds, insurers, brokers, and developers uses the same sources and source links. I scope the deliverable separately.

Why work with me

I build the systems myself and show you output from your market before you commit.

My background is in industrial construction operations, estimating, and business development. I know how bid teams use opportunity lists.

I have built and shipped RFP qualification, bid scoring, contract risk review, and project knowledge systems under contract for industrial and construction firms.

You can review output from your market before committing to an engagement.

Every item links to a public source you can open and check.

How engagements work

Start with a scan. Use the findings to decide whether to proceed to a pilot, then a production system.

Stage 1

Market Scan

$15,000

3 weeks · one-time

A map of qualified work coming to your market in the next 12 months, compared with your current pipeline.

Answers

What are we not seeing?

  • 12-month addressable market map for your trade, geography, and size band
  • Gap analysis identifying qualified projects missing from your CRM or bid log
  • Decision-maker map for the top 25 opportunities
  • Ranked pursuit shortlist scored against your bid criteria
  • 90-minute executive readout with your leadership team

How you measure it

Dollars of qualified work missing from your pipeline, verified by your team in your CRM.

Credits in full against a pilot started within 90 days.

Stage 2

Pilot

$45,000

8 weeks

Daily monitoring against your bid criteria for a full bidding cycle.

Answers

Does continuous visibility change what we win?

  • Continuous monitoring across your sources, running daily
  • Weekly executive brief covering new opportunities, project changes, and competitor activity
  • Opportunity scoring calibrated against your actual win/loss history
  • Relationship layer connecting your contacts to live decision-makers
  • Biweekly working session with your BD lead to tune criteria

How you measure it

One economic measure agreed in writing before we start. Choose new qualified opportunities, lead time gained, relationship coverage, or hit rate.

Stage 3

Production System

From $120,000

10 to 14 weeks · plus $6,000/mo operation

The system deployed on your infrastructure, integrated with your CRM, owned by your team.

Answers

Make this permanent.

  • Production deployment on your infrastructure, your data ownership
  • CRM integration that adds opportunities and contacts automatically
  • Full relationship graph across the company, not just the BD team
  • Custom source coverage for your specific markets and clients
  • Quarterly board-ready pipeline reporting
  • Named-owner training and documented handover

How you measure it

Pipeline coverage and win rate, reported quarterly against your pre-system baseline.

Each engagement has a defined result. Before a proposal, we check whether solving the problem is worth at least $250,000 a year. If the numbers do not support that, we stop.

Buying questions

Scope, sources, and what happens if the scan finds no gaps.

How is this different from a tender portal?

A tender portal shows work that has already been posted. By then the close is 60 to 90 days out and the relationships that shape the award are largely set. This system tracks earlier records such as capital approvals, budget lines, rezoning, permit filings, and design contracts. These can reveal work 6 to 18 months earlier. Tender portals are also a source.

Who is this for?

Industrial, heavy civil, and commercial contractors and specialty trades with $25M to $500M in revenue. You win work through bids and relationships, and have a BD team that will act on a weekly brief.

Can I use this if I am not a contractor?

Yes. A fund screening an acquisition, an insurer or surety pricing exposure, a broker sizing a book, or a developer timing a site can use the same public sources. I scope that research separately. The scan, pilot, and production system assume a BD team, a bid log, and win/loss history.

Who is this not for?

The pipeline stages do not fit residential builders, companies without an executive who owns revenue, or teams with nobody to act on the findings. I do not offer standalone workshops, generic AI training, or staff augmentation.

Where does the data come from?

I use public procurement portals, permit and development applications, council agendas and minutes, capital plans, regulator filings, public company disclosures, and industry press. Every item links to its source. Values are reported as publicly stated. Estimates are labelled.

Have you done this before?

I have built and shipped RFP qualification agents, bid scoring against historical win and loss data, contract risk review, and private search over project history under contract for industrial and construction firms. My agreements do not let me name those clients, so I will not. As a single packaged offer this is new. I run the system on your market and show you output before you commit.

What if the scan finds nothing?

Then you should not buy the pilot. If your BD team already has complete visibility 12 months out, the scan will establish that in three weeks and we stop there.
